Superbowl Mini Pizza Ingredients:

24 baked whole wheat wafers
6 (3/4-ounce each) thin slices LAND O LAKES® American OR Chederalla® Cheese, quartered
2 to 4 tablespoons pizza sauce
24 thin slices pepperoni

Superbowl Mini Pizza Instructions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Place wafers on baking sheet; layer each with 1 slice cheese, 1/4
to 1/2 teaspoon pizza sauce and 1 slice pepperoni. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until
cheese is melted.

Makes 24 servings.

Ingredients for Pizza Beef Burger:

1 lb. ground beef
4 (I/4 in) slices of sourdough bred
1 C of mushroom pasta sauce
1 C mozzarella cheese, shredded

Chicken Pita Pizza Ingredients:

1 whole wheat pita
¼ c low fat pizza sauce
1 portion cooked chicken breast sliced
¼ red bell pepper sliced
¼ yellow bell pepper sliced
¼ small zucchini, sliced
¼ reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

Chicken Pita Pizza Method:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Place the pita on a baking sheet.  Spoon pizza sauce evenly over the pita.  Top with sliced chicken, peppers, zucchini and cheese

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pizza is heated through

Slice and eat this healthy, low fat pizza!

Burger Pizza

Ingredients:

1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
3 Mushrooms, sliced
2 1/2 Crackers, crushed
Pepperoni slices
2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
1/2 med Tomato, sliced
2 tbsp Celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp Green pepper, chopped
1/2 Egg (or yolk only)
1/4 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Corn Bread Pizza Wheels

Corn Bread Pizza Wheels Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 can (16 ounce size) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 can (4 ounce size) chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cornmeal
2 tubes (11-1/2 ounce size) refrigerated corn bread twists
Shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sour cream

Corn Bread Pizza Wheels Method:

In a skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the beans, tomato sauce and chili powder. Simmer, uncovered, until the liquid has evaporated. Remove from the heat and cool.

Stir in the pimientos, chilies and cheese; set aside. Sprinkle two greased 14-in. pizza pans with cornmeal. Pat the corn bread dough into a 14-in. circle on each pan. With a knife, cut a 7-in. X in the center of the dough. Cut another 7-in. X to form eight pie-shaped wedges in the center. Spoon the filling around the edge of dough. Fold points of dough over filling; tuck under
ring and pinch to seal (filling will be visible).

Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Fill in the center with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
