Hearty Healthy Breakfast Cereal


5 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Berries
1/2 Cup Whole Rye Berries
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Buckwheat
1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 Cup Flaxseed


Boil water.

Mix dry ingredients.

Add ingredients to boiling water.

Cook until water is almost completely evaporated.

Strain cereal let it sit overnight.

Re-heat in the morning.
