Fruit and Nut Granola


10 Cups Oats
1 1/2 Cups Raisins
1/2 Cup Dried Apricots – Diced
1/2 Cup Assorted Dried Fruit
1/4 Cup Chopped Dates
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Apple Juice
1/4 Cup Honey
10 oz. Fruit Preserves (your choice)


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.

Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix.

Spray 2 cookie sheets with pam.

Spread ingredients over cookie sheets.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Stir occasionally.

Remove from oven and cool.
