Ingredients:

1 16 Oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Green Pepper – Diced
2 Scallions – Diced
4 Stalks Parsley – Diced
1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Lime – Squeezed
1 Vidalia Onion – Sliced and Diced
1 Clove Garlic – Mashed

Method:Mix ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.Chill in refrigerator to allow taste to come out.Mix again ans serve.Makes 5+ Servings
