Easter Chocolate Bunny Bread Ingredients:

3 1/4 to 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
2/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Unsweetened coca powder
2 pk Rapid rise yeast
3/4 ts Salt
2/3 c Milk
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Butter/margarine
1 Egg
1 tb Pure vanilla extract
1/3 c Milk chocolate or peanut Butter morsels

Easter Chocolate Bunny Bread Directions:

  • In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, sugar, cocoa powder, undissolved
    yeast and salt. Heat milk, water and butter until very warm (120-130
    degrees).Gradually add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed
    of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
  • Add egg, vanilla and 1/2 cup flour, beat 2 minutes at high speed, scraping
    bowl occasionally. With spoon, stir in enough additional flour to make soft
    dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4-6
    minutes. Cover, let rest on floured surface 10 minutes. Divide dough in half.
  • For body, knead chocolate morsels into 1 half, form into ball. Place on
    bottom end of large greased baking sheet; flatten to make 5-inch round. For
    head, remove 1/3 of remaining half, form into ball. Place on large baking
    sheet above body, flatten slightly, pinching to attach.
  • For nose, pinch off 1/2 inch ball from remaining dough; place on center of
    head. Divide remaining dough into 4 equal portions, roll each to form 6-inch rope.
  • For arms, arrange 2 ropes across body; attach by tucking one end of each
    under body.
  • Shape remaining ropes into ears; arrange above head. Attach by tucking
    one end of each under head.
  • Cover, let rise in warm draft-free place until doubled in size, about 30-45
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done, covering aluminum foil after 20 minutes to prevent excess browning. Remove from sheet; cool on wire rack. Decorate your Easter chocolate bunny bread as desired.

• 6 bananas
• 3/4 cup melted unsalted butter or margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 2 tbsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt

You will need 2 loaf pans, a pastry brush, large mixing bowl, fork, saucepan, measuring cups and spoons, whisk and medium mixing bowl.

Banana Bread Directions:

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350 F.

Step 2: Grease a Loaf Pan

Grease your loaf pans with butter, oil or cooking spray – whatever your preference.


Step 3: Mash Bananas

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until mushy.


Step 4: Melt Butter or Margarine

Melt the unsalted butter or margarine in a small saucepan.


Step 5: Combine Wet Ingredients and Sugar

Add butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla to the bowl with the mashed bananas


Mix until well combined.


Step 6: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients including flour, baking soda and salt.


Step 7: Combine Ingredients
Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Stir until well combined.


Step 8: Get Ready to Bake
Divide batter into loaf pans and place in 350 F oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Check if the loaf is done by inserting a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, it’s done.


Allow the banana bread to cool completely, slice and serve. If you don’t need 2 loaves, you can freeze one. Just wrap it tightly in saran wrap, place into a air-tight container and save it for when you need it.

3 eggs
3/4 cup  vegetable oil
2/3 cup  packed brown  sugar
1 cup  white sugar
1 cup  grated zucchini
2 bananas, mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking  powder
1 teaspoon baking  soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup  dried cranberries
1/2 cup  chopped walnuts

Banana and Zucchini Bread Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8×4 inch bread loaf pans.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until light yellow and frothy. Add oil, brown sugar, white sugar, grated zucchini, bananas, and vanilla; blend together until well combined. Stir in the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix in the cranberries and nuts. Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared loaf pans.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.

Allow the banana and zucchini bread loaf to cool on a wire rack before removing and serving.

1/2 c Butter or margarine-softened
2 Garlic cloves; minced
1/4 ts Dried parsley flakes
1 c Swiss cheese; shredded

Cheesy Garlic Bread Instructions:

Slice French bread into 1-inch slices. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; spread butter mixture between bread slices and on top and sides of loaf.

Bake your Cheesy Garlic Bread at 350.
