Ingredients:

1 Lb. Green or Yellow Beans
4 1/2 Tablespoons Cumin Seeds
4 1/2 Tablespoons Ginger Root – Grated
1 Cup Tomatoes – Chopped
9 Garlic Cloves – Crushed
9 Tablespoons Dried Cilantro
1 1/4 Lb. Red & Green Peppers
3 Green Chilis – Chopped
8 Dried Red Chilis – Chopped
1 Lb. Cauliflower

Method:

Dice green bean pods.
Break apart cauliflower & then dice into smaller pieces.
Slice & dice red and green peppers.
Grease a pan & add chopped chilis and diced vegetables.
Add crushed garlic cloves, grated ginger root, and green chilis – and stir.
Cover pan with a lid & cook at a lower temperature until vegetables
are soft.
Sprinkle cilantro over the top & serve.
