Healthy Kale Snack Ingredients:
10oz kale, rinsed
½ tsp kosher salt
Non-Stick cooking spray
Instructions for Healthy Kale Snack:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Remove thick stems from kale and tear the leaves into large pieces. Arrange the kale leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray kale lightly with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle with the kosher salt.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the kale is crisp. Cool and enjoy as a healthy snack.
