1 pkg yellow cake mix
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 pkg (6 oz) chocolate chips
3/4 cup (1 1/2 stick) melted butter
1 pkg (12 oz) caramels
Caramel Brownies Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk. Spread half of the mixture evenly into floured pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. While baking, melt the caramels with 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk over low heat, stirring frequently. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the baked cake mixture then drizzle caramels over the top. Crumble remaining cake mixture on top of caramel. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
Remove to a wire rack to cool. Cut into small bars.
Serve your caramel brownies cold.
