Apple Crunch Muffins Ingredients:

3 Cups Flour
1 Cups Sugar2 Eggs – Beaten
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Cups Vegetable Shortening
1 Cup Milk2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Apples – Diced Well

Apple Crunch Muffins Method:

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.

Combine wet and dry ingredients.

Mix in apples and beat out lumps.

Add batter to muffin tins.

Cook at 375 degrees.

Allow muffins to cool on a rack and serve.
